I really enjoyed my stay, especially being just a few minutes from Overlook Beach Park and less than a 5-minute walk to some great local dining options like Cracker Barrel and Cafe Europa, making it super convenient to explore and unwind after a day of walking around.

This is a low cost fairly clean hotel providing well-appointed and new-fashioned rooms. The staff are helpful and pleasant, managed the parking on site. The location is convenient and prime, 3 miles from Squire's Castle. Also it is just off Cleveland, restaurants and stores. Every time we stay in Willoughby, like to stay here.

Checking in after 8 PM, I encountered several issues, including a non-functioning TV and a dirty bathroom that required room changes. Staff was unhelpful, leading to a feeling of being treated poorly. Despite its potential as a budget stay, the service and room maintenance left much to be desired.
